Refund & Return Policy The Bangkok Curl Club
Products
We want you to love every product you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and proof of purchase.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
- Opened hair care products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items sent by us
Spa & Salon Services
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled time
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- Completed services are non-refundable
- If you experience any concerns following your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can make it right
Refunds
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
