Appointments

All appointments at The Bangkok Curl Club must be secured with a valid credit card or deposit at the time of booking.

Appointment Preparation

Please arrive with your curls fully dry, detangled, and worn in their natural state. Avoid ponytails, buns, clips, braids, or stretched styles before your appointment.

A detangling fee of 400 THB will apply if additional detangling is required before the service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

As appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Appointments may be rescheduled once only with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Deposits are non-refundable for:
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment
  • No-shows
  • Missed appointments
  • Second rescheduling requests
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment

Visiting Stylists

To protect the privacy of our clients and maintain a focused working environment, salon floor observation and shadowing are not permitted.

Children's Policy

• Children receiving a service are welcome.
• Children under 9 years old must be able to sit cooperatively and follow instructions throughout the appointment. A parent or guardian will be required to sign a waiver.
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, children who are not receiving a service should not accompany clients to their appointment.
• The Bangkok Curl Club is not responsible for supervising children while they are on the premises.
